All Hardened & Ground Scroll chucks are balanced

Body: High tensile, wear resistant cast iron alloyed with nickel, chrome and manganese 180-210Bhn
Jaws: Case hardened steel with tough case. Hardness 56-60HRC.
Teeth precision ground for forward and reverse movement
Pinion: Case hardened nickel chrome alloy steel. Hardness 42-0HRC
Scroll: Forged high strength wear resistant steel. Hardness 40-45HRC. Threads precision ground for both forward and reverse. movement.
Accuracy: Maximum rubout on any hardened and ground scroll chuck is 0.04mm (0.001")

PLAIN BACK SELF CENTERING CHUCKS Runout accuracy between .020 to .040mm
Size range between 160mm & 315mm diameter
Available with forward & reverse jaws or two-piece master jaws.
Available in 3 jaw, 4 jaw and 6 jaw configurations.

D MOUNT SELF CENTERING CHUCKS Runout accuracy between .020 to .040mm
Camlock back with forward & reverse jaws, or
2 piece reverse jaws c/w hard tops and soft jaw blanks
3 jaw configurations ex-stock.
