PERMANENT MAGNETIC CHUCK
All RED-I-GRIP PERMANENT MAGNETIC CHUCKS are precision made to the highest standards and are ground parallel to withing 0.05mm. They are completely sealed against coolant and di-electric fluid and can be used with complete safety on EDM equipment.
SPECIAL FEATURES
RED-I-GRIP PERMANENT MAGNETIC CHUCKS can be partially switched on to reduce power when setting up the job and for EDM use.
RED-I-GRIP PERMANENT MAGNETIC CHUCKS can replace Electro-System chucks.
Only two series of RED-I-GRIP PERMANENT MAGNETIC CHUCKS are needed for holding material from extra thin shims up to CNC milling of alloy material. Both series are available in a range of sizes, rectangular up to 300mm x 800mm and round up to 450mm diameter.
9732 SERIES. Fine pole chucks for use on grinding and light milling machines. This powerful chuck will hold almost any thickness of job from very thin up to heavy material. This chuck can replace Electro-System chucks on grinders.
9733 SERIES. The powerful pole structure of this series means the chuck can replace Electro and EPM chucks on milling machines, even CNC equipment.
